Mental Health Support for Aviation Professionals
Mental Health Support Built for the Aviation Industry
Long shifts, jet lag, layovers, and the pressure of holding lives in your hands — the demands of aviation work don't look like a typical 9 to 5, and neither should your mental health support. Rooted Counselling Services offers confidential, aviation-informed counselling for pilots, flight attendants, air traffic controllers, dispatchers, and ground crew who need support that fits around irregular schedules and understands the unique stressors of the industry.

Yes, to a degree. Your sessions are private and confidential, in line with professional counselling standards and the regulations of our governing college. There are a small number of legally required exceptions to confidentiality — for example, if there is a risk of serious harm to you or someone else, suspected abuse of a child or vulnerable adult, or a court order requiring disclosure. These exceptions are reviewed with you in more detail before your first session, so you always know exactly where you stand.
